Account Manager

ORYX Gaming, a member of Bragg Gaming Group, is a leading turnkey solutions provider offering an unrivaled set of software and services for the iGaming industry. ORYX products include the iGaming Platform, Casino content, Live Dealer, Sportsbook, and Lottery solutions.

With the growing number of clients and opportunities in different markets, Oryx offers a great opportunity for an Account Manager to start a new adventure and join our ambitious and dynamic team. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and operational relationship with customers from the iGaming industry to maximize the game portfolio and actively seek new opportunities. 

We’re looking for a proactive team player with great business acumen, who is fluent in English and Serbo-Croatian language and has experience within the iGaming industry. If you understand the importance of excellent business relationships with clients and know how to translate this understanding into the creation and maintenance of these relationships, then Oryx Gaming looks forward to receiving your CV.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building successful long-term business relationships with multiple business partners,
  • Identification of business opportunities with existing and new clients,
  • Monitoring business performance, analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs),
  • Supplying customers with the relevant standard and regulatory specific documentation,
  • Planning and pushing promotion activities with clients, 
  • Handling and prioritizing clients requests and coordinating with internal product and support teams on a daily basis,
  • Close cooperation with other account managers and product teams and taking care of the prompt flow of information,
  • Participating in the preparation of monthly invoices and communicating these with the clients,
  • Collaborating in the preparation of commercial addendums and contracts.

What you bring to the team:

  • Extensive key account management experience,
  • Previous experience in iGaming or betting industry,
  • Ability to understand the market, our competitors, and trends within the industry,
  • Strong communication and written ability in English and Serbo-Croatian language,
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to build a business and interpersonal relationships,
  • Advanced presentation skills,
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365,
  • A sense of punctuality and personal organization.

Bonus points if:

  • You are fluent in any other language that was previously mentioned.
